1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us-ops@oracullarai.com with your account email and order reference. Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method through Paddle.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Setup fees, custom development work, and annual plan payments beyond the 14-day window are non-refundable. Pro-rated refunds are not offered for mid-cycle cancellations.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to terminate your account and withhold all associated data.
