1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Oracullar platform and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Service
Oracullar LLC provides a TypeScript Unified Platform (TUP) for self-hosted multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure. Services include tenant management, authentication, content management, and deployment automation.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Oracullar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed via Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
The TUP platform, including all software, documentation, and branding, is the exclusive property of Oracullar LLC. You retain ownership of your content and tenant data.
6. Limitation of Liability
Oracullar provides the Services “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oracullar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.
